Market: Aerospace & Defense

We have always been very concentrated and specialized in many different areas of activity in the Defense market covering Airborne, Ground and Sea applications. We can point out our presence in the fields of Electronic Warfare and Countermeasures, Radar (3D, IFF) and Communications (JTRS, SDR, LMR) together with the Satcom (SOTM, SOTP & Manpack). We are also involved in Surveillance (ESM), Security and Jamming (IED) applications, having supplied key products to very important projects. Many of our products are used in several equipments for C4I, C3I y C2I Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence systems. Within all previous fields we supply all kind of mainly RF & Microwave components.

Another important activity is for Simulators and Test stands, where we supply among others, Data Bus boards for 1553, ARINC, etc.

Most, if not all, Military avionics equipment developed and/or manufactured in Spain includes some Military qualified component supplied by us. The main program has been for many years the Typhoon. We supply to this multinational program a very wide portfolio of products. More recently we are very active in several local and international UAV projects.

For the Spanish and later for the Portuguese Navy, we participated from the beginning in the development of the “Ship to Shore” program to connect the ships to the port data network in Rota and Lisboa. Other products are used in the AEGIS combat system of our F-100 frigates and in our new submarine S-80.

Finally, our products are also present in the Army in applications such as shielded vehicles and tanks.
